We are very proud to share that Alnylam has achieved a score of 90 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) based on our US policies, practices, and benefits from an LGBTQ+ perspective. This was Alnylam’s first time applying to the HRC’s CEI and the accomplishment reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all employees.
The HRC’s CEI - which is published annually - is a prestigious benchmarking tool that evaluates corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality, benefits and protections.
