We're incredibly proud of our diverse, inclusive and high-performing culture which has powered more than two decades of innovation and our leadership in RNA interference (RNAi). We're also incredibly proud that so many colleagues start and build their careers at Alnylam, recognizing that it's a place that supports and nurtures individual development while employees feel united by our mission.
Alnylam is fortunate to frequently be recognized for the strength of our culture and as a best place to work, and are thrilled to add a new feather in our cap - inclusion on LinkedIn's Top Companies list for 2024 for U.S. mid-sized employers!
Alnylam ranked #3 overall and #1 among all pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences companies. You can view the full list here.
From LinkedIn:
At third-ranked Alnylam, the biotech company provides just-in-time learning for all employees in areas such as change management and working across functional teams. It also focuses on critical skills for people management, as well as structural support for female leadership, with 40% of female leaders at the director level receiving intensive leadership development training in the past two years.
“We invest heavily in talent,” says Kelley Boucher, the company’s chief human resources officer. “In any given quarter,” she adds, “people at Alnylam can participate in two to five development opportunities,” ranging from mandatory training to optional pathways for growth.
