Alnylam Named a Best Workplace for Millennials for 2023 by Fortune and Great Place to Work

July 24, 2023

At Alnylam, we're intensely focused on ensuring that ours is a workplace where all employees are supported, feel that they belong, and can thrive. Our culture and core values reflect this focus, and we know that attracting and retaining early to mid-career employees is critical to our mission of bringing truly innovative new treatments to patients.

That's why were so proud to be named a Best Workplace for Millennials for 2023 by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. We're ranked #19 on the list of top 100 "Large" companies joining such well respected, global companies as Cisco, NVIDIA, Hilton, American Express, Accenture, Salesforce, Stryker and Adobe and we're the highest ranked Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals company on the list.

This prestigious and highly-regarded annual list recognizes companies that provide millennials a work experience "based on trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie."

Our millennial colleagues have told us they value Alnylam for our authentic leadership, meaningful work, and healthy work environment. We are immensely proud of this recognition from Fortune, which we feel is a true testament of our commitment to our people – one of the core values that we hold dear.” - Kelley Boucher, Chief Human Resources Officer

From Great Place to Work: "In the last year, Great Place To Work surveyed companies employing 7.5 million people in the U.S. and received 1.3 million survey responses. Of those, nearly 500,000 responses were received from millennials at companies who were eligible for the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials list and this list is based on their feedback." See the full list here.

Alnylam has also been recognized by Fortune as a Best Place to Work for Women in both 2022 and 2023 and a Best Place to Work in Biopharma for 2023. See all of these awards and more information in our Fortune/Great Place to Work profile.
