We're thrilled to be named a Top Places to Work for 2019 by The Boston Globe in the "Large Employer" category, marking our fifth year in a row on the list. See the full Boston Globe list here and read a post by Kelley Boucher, our Chief Human Resources Officer, reflecting on the significance of Alnylam's longevity as a Top Place to Work. Additionally, as part of the Top Places to Work issue, our CEO John Maraganore was interviewed along with other long-serving CEOs about what's kept him here, leading Alnylam for over 17 years.
What's truly remarkable to me is that Alnylam has maintained this level of commitment to our people and focus on our culture which landed us on the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work list for the fifth year in a row – all while driving rapid, global growth which is often when many cultures lose their way. - Kelley Boucher, Alnylam CHRO
